What to do when your dose changes

Sometimes, your doctor will want to keep you on your current medication regimen, but will need to change the dosage of one or more of the medicines you take. If your doctor needs to change your dosage, they will need to send us an updated version of your prescription. They can do this by calling us, or by sending the updated prescription electronically. We are not able to accept prescriptions by email.

Please note: We can only accept prescriptions for controlled substances via E-Scribe.

We prepare your next month’s MedsPack with the new dose

Once we receive your new prescription, we’ll confirm with your doctor and communicate with your insurance company to make the necessary changes for your next shipment. If you need to start taking your new dose before your current MedPack has run out, please contact us.
