Getting your first shipment
When your first MedsPack is ready to go, we’ll email you the tracking information for your package and the expected date of delivery. The time it takes to receive your first MedsPack depends on how quickly your doctors and current pharmacy transfer your prescription. This process typically takes 2-3 days.
As we get your prescriptions accommodated so that they will all be filled on the same day, some of your prescriptions may arrive in bottles, while the rest are presorted and packaged in individual pouches.
Please note that some states require the patient to sign for packages that contain pharmaceutical upon receipt. To find out if your state requires a signature to receive prescription medications in the mail, please contact us.
If you need to fill your prescription and you have not yet received a confirmation email from us, please fill your prescription with your current pharmacy.
