How to report a problem with your MedsPack
At MedsPack, we do everything to ensure the accuracy of your MedsPacks. If you receive your shipment, and something doesn’t look right, contact us right away.
Do not take medication if there are signs of tampering. Signs of medication tampering include:
- Packaging that has cracks or holes
- Broken tablets
- Tablets that smell or taste strange
- Tablets that are not consistent in size
- Tablets that look different than they normally do
